
We are from Sydney, not Italy. Just like Aperol means “a trip to Italy," our aspiration is that TANICA will become a symbol of life by the water in Sydney. Like a ride on the Manly ferry, a drink at the Opera Bar or a trip to Bondi. Our story is a new appreciation for what we have here - the sunshine, beaches and people that make long days sipping spritzes feel even more special.
We’re premium. We believe what you choose to drink sets the tone for the occasion. The right drink reflects our mood, the time of day, who we are with and who we want to be. If we were a choice between “still" or "sparkling,” we’d be the sparkling.
We're created by women. We care about where our ingredients come from and how they are treated and blended together for balance. Crafted in small batches with hand-harvested native plum and aromatic strawberry gum leaf for spritzes that are refreshing, vibrant and bright.
We’re not the 'house' spritz. Or the drink you drink for ‘show.’ We taste as good as we look. The common disappointment with Aperol is that the taste is too bitter - it looks like it’s going to be orange and fruity, but it’s not. TANICA is tart, juicy and zesty, not bitey-bitter like European style aperitifs.
