Can I add a gift message?
Yes. After placing your order, simply email us at hello@tanica.com.au with your gift message. We’ll handwrite a card and include it with your order — a personal touch for your special gift.

What is the typical delivery time?
We ship all orders from Sydney. Here’s an estimate of standard delivery times:

  • Sydney Metro: 1–2 business days

  • Newcastle, South Coast, Northern NSW, ACT, Melbourne, Brisbane: 2–4 business days

  • Adelaide & country areas of NSW, QLD, VIC: 3–5 business days

  • Perth & Western Australia: 5–7 business days

Can I order for parties and events?
Absolutely! We ship in cartons of 6 bottles. When you order 6 bottles or more, you’ll automatically receive 15% off at checkout — perfect for parties, weddings, or corporate gifting.

Can I track my order?
Yes! We ship all orders via Sendle, which includes tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your TANICA all the way to your door.

Do you ship outside of Australia?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia. We’re working on international options, so stay tuned!

How much alcohol is in a TANICA per bottle?
TANICA is an aperitif, which is a lower-strength spirit. Each 700mL bottle contains 17% alcohol by volume (ABV) — that's approximately 9.4 standard drinks.

Is TANICA gluten-free?
Yes, TANICA is 100% gluten-free.

Is TANICA vegan?
Yes, TANICA is completely vegan-friendly.

Is the sediment in TANICA normal?
TANICA is made with real whole Davidson's Plum fruit that is steeped in our signature distilled spirit. That means that small fragments of the plum are sometimes left floating around in the bottle and settle at the bottom. This is normal and our distiller calls them extra 'flavour.'

What if my TANICA arrives broken or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry. Just email us at hello@tanica.com.au within five (5) days of receiving your delivery. Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and a photo of the damage. We’ll send you a replacement bottle at no additional cost. No returns required.

Do I need to be 18 years old to order Tanica online?

All orders must be placed and received by a person over the age of 18 years of age with identification, such as a valid drivers' licence or passport. Tanica reserves the right to request identification and any other details of the recipient including but not limited to name, address, date of birth or require signature from the recipient and/or acknowledgement that the recipient is over the age of 18 and are not attempting to or actually making a purchase of alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years old. If there is no one available, or if the person available to receive the delivery does not comply with the above requirements for acceptance of delivery, Tanica may refuse delivery and charge you reasonable fees for re-delivery or cancel your order and retain any delivery fees paid.
