Meet TANICA, our signature Australian aperitif. Bright, tart and juicy, it’s made with native Davidson’s plum and strawberry gum leaf. Vibrant and refreshing, TANICA is perfectly balanced between tart and sweet.

For the spritz, mix 3 parts sparkling wine, 2 parts TANICA and 1 part soda, then garnish with citrus like lemon or pink grapefruit.

No Prosecco on hand? TANICA mixes beautifully with tonic, soda or lemonade, or try it in a lighter, daytime Negroni.

How we like it

TANICA Spritz - Mix 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts TANICA, and 1 part soda in a wine glass. Fill the glass to the top with ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon. For a sweeter spritz, garnish with a slice of orange or pink grapefruit. TANICA & Soda - Add one part TANICA (45mL) with two parts (90mL) soda water. Add ice and your favourite garnish like a slice of citrus or a lemon twist. TANICA & Tonic - Add one part TANICA (45mL) with two parts (90mL) tonic.

Ingredients

Native Davidson's plum (ooray) is steeped in a distilled botanical spirit made from strawberry gum leaf, orange, mint, cinnamon, angelica, and orris; then blended with gentian and cane sugar for the perfect bittersweet balance.
