TANICA is a uniquely Australian aperitif, bright, tart and juicy, made with native Davidson’s plum and strawberry gum leaf, gently distilled with fresh orange peel and botanicals. It’s vibrant, refreshing and perfectly balanced tart and sweet.

For the spritz, mix 3 parts sparkling wine, 2 parts TANICA, 1 part soda, add a citrus garnish like lemon or pink grapefruit.
