TANICA & SODA

Ingredients:

60ml Tanica 

60ml Soda Water

Ice

Method:

Add Tanica to a glass over ice. Top with Soda Water. Soda stream water, mineral water, sparkling water is just fine. You can also use a fancy soda like Fever Tree Lime & Yuzu or Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic Water.

Garnish with lemon, lime, mint, berries or anything you'd like. 60ml of Tanica is refreshing, clean and simple this way and only half a standard drink and 52 calories per serve.

TANICA SPRITZ

Ingredients:

90ml Tanica

45ml Prosecco or Sparkling Wine

Ice

Method:

Mix Tanica and Prosecco in a wine glass, add ice to fill to rim. If using Tanica No.1 Salted Plum & Ginger, garnish with a few raspberries and a twist of lemon or a slice of pink grapefruit. Tanica No. 2 Desert Lime & Thyme is nice to garnish with a sprig of mint.

CHEEKY WEEKDAY MARG

Ingredients:

90ml Tanica No. 2 Desert Lime & Thyme

20ml Lime Juice (about half a lime, fresh is best!)

Coarse salt (or salt flakes) for the rim of your glass

Dash of tequila optional!

Method:

Run a lime around the rim of your glass and upturn onto a plate of salt. Shake Tanica and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Add dash of tequila if you'd like! Strain into your chilled salty rimmed glass.

Ingredients:

60ml Tanica No. 2 Desert Lime & Thyme

60ml Soda water

Ice

6 mint leaves and a sprig for garnish

Half a lime cut in two wedges

2 teaspoons of raw sugar (or brown sugar)

Method:

Place mint, lime and raw sugar in a tall collins glass and muddle with a muddle stick or a wooden spoon to squeeze lime juice out and macerate the mint. Add Tanica, ice cubes or crushed ice to the rim and top with soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

COSMO WONDER

Ingredients:

60ml Tanica No.1 Salted Plum & Ginger

20ml Cranberry Juice

10ml Fresh Lime Juice

Orange twist or dehydrated orange

Method:

Chill a coupe glass with ice. Shake Tanica, lime and cranberry juice in a shaker with ice. Tip out the ice from chilled glass and strain into glass. Garnish with an orange twist or dehydrated orange.
