How to make a NO #FOMOjito

No FOMOjito Tanica NO.2

The mindful-drinkers mojito

Ingredients:

  • TANICA No. 2 Desert Lime & Thyme
  • Fresh mint
  • Fresh limes
  • Raw or Brown Sugar
  • Muddle stick, pestle (or wooden spoon in a pinch)

Method:

  • Pick out a tall glass, like a Collins glass
  • Cut the fresh lime into quarters and place 2 into the glass
  • Add 6 - 8 fresh mint leaves
  • Add a teaspoon of raw or brown sugar
  • Muddle together in the glass gently bruising the mint leaves releases their flavour
  • Add 60mL (double shot) of No. 2 TANICA
  • Add ice
  • Top up with with soda water (soda stream, mineral water or sparkling just fine)
  • Garnish with an extra sprig of mint

Sip, enjoy. Only half a standard drink per serve. Refreshing isn't it?
