How to make a NO #FOMOjito

The mindful-drinkers mojito

A mojito is best served in a tall glass, like a Collins glass. For this one, you’ll also need a muddle stick or a pestle. In a pinch you could use a wooden spoon.

Cut a fresh lime into quarters and toss it into the glass. Muddle it together with one teaspoon of raw sugar and a handful of fresh mint leaves. 

Gently bruising the mint leaves releases their flavour.

Add a generous handful of ice cubes.

Top with two shots of Tanica No.2 Desert Lime & Thyme and top up with with soda water.

Garnish with an extra sprig of mint.

Sip, enjoy. Refreshing isn't it?
