How to spritz in autumn
Despite a bit of chill in the air, a spritz is still the ultimate daytime drink. Just leave out the ice, garnish with a sprig of greenery like Thyme or Rosemary and you have the perfect autumn spritz.
This autumn style of spritz is a riff on a cocktail made by Chonny House, one of our fave female bartenders in Sydney.
TANICA Autumn Spritz
  • 60mL TANICA
  • 60mL Prosecco
  • 30mL Vermouth
Add all ingredients to a stemless wine glass, garnish with a sprig of thyme, breathe deeply & enjoy!

For the vermouth, try a lighter style like Saison Aperitif Spring Rhubarb Vermouth or Regal Rogue Lively White.
